Useless Attorney

I called this attoreny to set up an appointment and he wanted to discuss the case over the phone not in porson. I breifly discussed it with him and requested to have a meeting in person. While on the phone and at the in person meeting this attorney did not seem to listen or care about what I was saying. I had to continually make my point because he would go off on tangents and still never let me explain what I was trying to say and why I had issues with what was going on. Two days later I received a nasty phone message saying he would not take the case because it could not be won. If you don't listen to the person, of course you can not win it because you do not know anything about the case. My suggestion is to strongly not even consiter this law office.
